Client: Japan Monster

Target Market: Japan Male 18-35 yrs

Objective:
Design a new label for the Monster M-3 Extra Strength bottle in Japan. Feedback from the marketing team reported a drop in sales, so the new design needs to boost awareness and sales.
Solution:
To solve the problem of the previous decline in sales. Research first had to be done on the energy market in Japan. The mainstream consumer prefers the smaller quasi bottles versus the larger beverages when it comes to energy drinks. Also, bright colors seemed to be at the forefront. The M-3 redesign utilized the demands of creating a small bottle similar to those of the quasi bottles but adding Monster's own unique flair and touch.
